The brief required to propose a residential development on a very compact site at an upcoming neo-rich development of the city at Parel, Mumbai. The site allowed to provide one dwelling unit on each floor. The design took advantage of this and the living room becomes a central space, acting as a Living Void. As the design evolved around this central idea; every room gets a spectacular view of the surrounding area.
